The latest BELTA (the Brazilian Educational & Language Travel Association) Survey results from 2021 are in. The Survey measured the impact of COVID-19 on the international education sector for agents and students. In 2020, BELTA conducted the first survey on the impact of COVID-19 on the Brazilian international education sector. For the first time in 2021, it has extended its reach to all Latin American countries.

The purpose of this report is to understand the impact of New Zealand's COVID related border controls on intentions and perceptions of New Zealand as an international education destination.
In June 2021, ENZ surveyed a sample of international students who had registered on the My StudyNZ database from late 2019 to early 2021, to gain insight into levels of interest in different online delivery options for New Zealand.
IEAA and ENZ commissioned research to better understand domestic students’ sentiments towards international students during the pandemic. This study explores the extent to which domestic students were aware of the challenges facing international students, the extent to which they provided support to international students, and whether their sentiments towards international students have shifted through the COVID-19 crisis.
